Junior Team Shield

The Tidworth team receive the Team Shield from President, Jerry Gegg: Alexi Cox, Harry Moule and Callum Duff.

The Junior Team Shield was won by Tidworth GGC who become the Junior Champion Club of Wiltshire 

The format was a three person team playing medal off full handicap with the best two scores counting towards the team total. The venue was The Lakes course at The Wiltshire.

The team's win was anchored by Alexi Cox with a nett 69, the best of the day, also taking the nett prize. Harry Moule backed this up with a nett 74 and Callum Duff supported with a 77. Chippenham put up an excellent defence of the title that they had won on home soil in 2014, the team of Dan Woodley, Brad Rossiter and Tim Lane finishing only 2 shots behind the winners.

Best gross score of the day came from the youngest competitor in the field as 13 yo Dom Walter's gross 75 left him 4 shots clear of his nearest rival, Josh Grobler from Manor House.

Tidworth will now go on to represent the County at the English Finals on 10-11th August at Frilford Heath GC.
