Presidential Handover at AGM

Forty five Past Presidents and Council members attended the 92nd Wiltshire County Golf Union AGM at Kingsdown Golf Club on Wednesday 7th December 2017.

The meeting heard annual reports from:

Scot Talbert (County Secretary)

Alan Hutton (County Treasurer)

Ian Welding (County Junior Manager)

Bill Cardno (County Senior's Captain)

Ali James (County Vice-Captain)

Ray Smith (England Golf Voting Member)

Jerry Gegg, the outgoing President also delivered a moving address detailing his two years at the helm, before he handed over to new President, Phil Hodges (pictured above, left).

Jerry also presented Ian Welding with the England Boy's County Championship Trophy, Bill Cardno with the SW Senior's Channel League Trophy, and Adrian Northall with a commemorative medal as a momento of 8 years service to the Union.
